A tale of Christmas high jinks has been reported.
The Celtic squad, I’m sure taking advantage of the extra hours gained by the call-off against The Marnocks, headed to London for their festive night out.
The deal seems to be that Stokes was ‘exhausted‘ after the party at trendy after hours club Jet-Black, a club described by the owners as: “LA strip bar meets Mad Max in a shower of Jack Daniels“, and decided to hail a black cab home paying £600 up front for the trip.
A Celtic source said: “it’s not as if he can’t afford it“. .
So, drunk man on Christmas night out, spends a silly amount of money to get him home. Not exactly front page news is it? I’m sure the organ that put this on it’s front page wishes that it could do this every year.
The puzzle no matter how ‘exhausted’ Stokes was why did he leave? I’m sure the entertainment was great.
