Paddy McCourt – The Derry Pele (a nickname that has crossed into the mainstream, which I find so weird) – has been many things for us this season.
A scorer of fabulous goals, he’s had moments of outrageous skill, he’s produced that little bit extra at times that has seen draws turn into wins and more importantly doubts about his fitness and team ethic have been vanquished.
He’s a bit of dream round these parts and no longer just a Frank Gallagher doppelgänger.
Still a headline writer at Murdoch Sports seems to think he has added superhuman powers to his armoury.
Paddy McCourt 5/1 first or last goal against The Sheep @Bet365

I pointed the numerous headlines like this out at the time on the forum I use. I had a good chuckle at them on NewsNow.
