Celtic‘s International Away Kit Launch.
So, ‘Tiger Feet‘ was confirmed.
My views on the International Away Kit – seemingly a vivid yellow with a series of thin black hoops, which double in size at their half-way point from two directions to create an overall quartered effect based on an away top from 1926/27 – have already been aired here.
While I understand the mirth that this kit has caused, I also grasp the basics of economics, which dictate that an International Away Kit must be released. What I can’t fathom is why a kit, that will be seldom worn, has caused so much rage.
You have the choice. Buy or not to buy.
My friends at Freud Communications sent me some pics of the launch. They also say that there isn’t another major launch planned. Was the ‘Body Armour‘ a fake?

Not so much “Bumblebee” this time more like “Zebra with jaundice”, this new kit looks like its been designed by Dr Timothy Leary and approved by Ray Charles but it’ll still be a big seller and thats the sole objective. The reaction to this strip has bordered on hysterical from some dark corners of cyberspace, we’ll wear it a few times in friendlies and one or two domestic games then this time next year another colourful creation will appear.

It`s nowhere near as bad as those outfits worn by supporters of the horrible lot. I actually quite like it.
Forza future buyers!
