Rangers tactics leaked

|

I have a possible sneaky look into the future of our main rivals tactics for next season.

After the shocking events of parcel-gate and the even more recently I-never-said-that-to-jim-jefferies-gate (Personally and in all honesty I would rather talk to his gate than him), it has come to the forefront, in my eyes especially, that our foundations are strong for next season no matter what happens in the few fixtures that are left.

We will hopefully retain our stronger characters in the team and again Lenny will strengthen even more.

I know its a bit early but what awaits us next season, I have “found” an exclusive image of a white board that has come straight from the gers camp. It speaks for itself: –

Exclusive white board image

I’m just wondering how long will it be before the gers new archaeli Whyte (rhymes with…) gets his own man in to replace McCoist?

I believe it will happen and no doubt the gers media based pals will state managerial names like Guus Hiddink, Louis Van Gaal and Jose Mourinho will be taking the “hot” seat, but it will be more like George Burley or Billy Davies.

The rot begins as Ibrox, new owner Whyte has said he has –

“Promised to fund a £10m summer spending spree.”

Franny Jeffers, David Goodwillie and Ronaldo will be at Ibrox after the summer then. 😀

As for Allys white board. . .

Close to the truth or not?

I think it is a lot closer to the truth than we think.

Comments are welcome as always.

lennon has had a great 1st season, i think he has a team we can all look forward to watching next year, im looking forward to seeing what transfers lennon makes because he seems to have a good eye for a player.
i suppose walter myth will have to decide between barcelona and real madrid this summer so it will be intriguing to see who wins that war to sign him!

in all honesty this season has made me remember exactly what it is to be a tim, exactly what it is that makes us different, and ive never been prouder of our club. LENNON TO THE CORE

    • Sean says:

I totally agree. Our foundations are well set and Lenny should get an extension to his contract by a good few years, where as our main rivals will be possibly rebuilding when they lose their main players to the english championship and even lower quality english premiership sides.

Lennon to the core indeed my fellow tim.

      • lordofthewing says:

In a strange way I would openly laugh if we got beat tonight. Win it sitting in your shit pits. That would then allow us to celebrate, Lennon and Celtic on Sunday.

Announce he has a new contract on Saturday.

This season has been an eye opener and a leveller. After the feast I’m enjoying the famine more.

  • Andy Wilson says:

Already getting next seasons bile warmed up i see!
Always the tic way, deflect from your own dismal failures and inherent sectarian and political bigotry not to mention your love of the Provisional Irish Army, murderers of a pregnant women and her unborn twins,2 nuns and countless children.
You should get to fuck out of our country if you hate its people and institutions so much.
Many thousands from all over the world come to Britain every year to settle or seek refuge. Why do you think that is?
Is it because Britain is such a bad place?
Who apart from the sectarian Irish bigots or Irish-descended bigots that live in this great country, support its enemies in time of war and celebrate the death of its soldiers? and are happy to reap the benefits of this country whilst continually attacking it?
You are a twisted cunt who sees everything as a religious Catholic battle against the dark forces of Protestanism(as the nuns probably told you to do).Its the 21st Century get your head out of the 17th Century and the Easter Uprising was over 80 years ago ffsake!
You dont want Rangers supporters to ‘move on’ and stop singing sectarian songs because you will have no excuse to go on celebrating the deaths of others and pass your offensive songs of celebration off as ‘political’.
How any human beings can sing songs in support of a group who have blown little children to pieces is beyond me,but then i’m a Christian.

    • lordofthewing says:

I think someones left the window open and some loonies have escaped. A post full of accusations of deflection that is ripe with whiterbootery (the r*ngers way since 1913).

If you read this organ, which I don’t expect you do, you will have seen that we have denounced the up the ra brigade. We admit we have wrong un’s. We don’t blame others.

I’ve put an application into Jeremy Kyle as you seem to have Nun issues. I would recommend buying a stuffed penguin and shagging it you fecking knob.

    • lordofthewing says:

Oh, your seek refugee comment proves your not very bright either. See NHS and Welfare State for your answer.

    • lordofthewing says:

I’m replying again, did you actually read the blog? Bile? Only in your spoutings.

    • rfc+sfa=cheats says:

1st off many celtic fans are totally against the singing of ira songs, YOUR FELLOW GERS FANS sing about terrorist organisations on a regular basis, but you are so detached from reality you just cant comprehend that the uda, uvf and uff etc are terrorists. you literally cant process that information. how many kids did they kill? how many children have been killed THIS MONTH in iraq and afghanistan? and you think everyone in britain is obligated to support the troops? you clearly dont have a working brain cell or you would realise millions of your fellow brits are completely opposed to the wars abroad, even disgusted and ashamed of the wars. and who “celebrates” the deaths of soldiers?
your obviously angry your beloved rangers are about to have another tainted title added to the rest, it wasn’t celtic fans that made dougie mcdonald lie and cheat, or dallas send bigoted emails, or make people attempt to murder our manager, a politician and a QC. or force the sfa to openly treat lennon different.

    • rfc+sfa=cheats says:

and what of all the pro nazi rangers supporters? that’s hardly showing your loyalty to britain after they killed millions of your fellow brits now is it?
if you expect celtic fans to sit quietly and put up with racial and bigoted hatred in scotland, to take all the bias and discrimination against celtic fc, the cheating, lying, inconsistency, open hostility of the sfa and the rest, then your just plain stupid. you think pro war rangers bigots and racists represent britain and all its opinions!? your club is a stain on britain, only in a compliant scotland do you get away with your sh!t, if you were under the english f.a you would have been closed down years ago, talked about in the same terms as the BNP and extremist muslims. i live in england, born and bred, the only support you have here is from far right racists and they are a tiny minority who are mocked and shunned by the majority of normal british/english people. YOU REPRESENT BRITAIN!? DONT MAKE ME FUCKING LAUGH.

      • bobocop says:

Hey LOTW. A distinct whiff of whitabootery in the above post.
I think we see distinct Nazi/Zionist leanings from many of the bloggers here. It seems strange to bracket nazi and zion together but the basic philosophy underpinning both is that “we are better than you, just because we are.” Pure Aryan or The Chosen People, it doesn’t matter. Both claim inherent superiority regardless of action. Historically and currently both sides of the divide here have provided plenty of evidence that one is as bad as the other.
To get back on track I think Sean is right, Whyte does indeed rhyme with Raphael. A stunning example of the Celtic managements generosity in attempting to beat poverty in Brazil by donating some £30,000,000 over five years to the local economy. More in fact than the entire cost of one of the most expensively assembled teams in Scottish history. Hail Hail and respect to the board.

        • lordofthewing says:

I see or hear no whitabootery from me and the only Nazism comes from the many trolls who claim to be the people.

        • lordofthewing says:

Your basing your view that one side is as bad as each other on the under 1% of people who view this blog that actually comment. Heh.

        • bobocop says:

Rfc=sofa, you’re like a broken record. Your claims about Rangers support in England are plainly ridiculous. My family live in the midlands and I travel extensively in England. Union Jacks everywhere. A complete mystification on their part when the catholic/protestant issue is raised. What does anger the English though is the abusing of British soldiers and the flag by those who don’t respect the democratic processes. The soldiers only obey the orders of a democratically elected government, in this case, a labour one. The abuse of ordinary working class boys and girls who have done nothing wrong other than offend the sensibilities of a minority of British citizens, who don’t want to actually be classed as British, was truly a disgrace and an embarrassment to Scotland. This reflected very badly on the decent Celtic supporters who are convening a meeting of their entire membership in protest at the scandal. If any of you bigoted Celtic supporters wish to attend to apologise for your actions the meeting is being held in the back of a Y plate Ford Transit at Juntion 7 slip road of the M74. There will be plenty of space as, in anticipation of a full turnout, they’ve got a LWB version. Forged pound coins and jemmies wont be required as free refreshments will be provided after the meeting. Said coins should be saved for the referee after, or during, tonights match at Tynecastle.

          • lordofthewing says:

Surely protesting is part of democratic process? When did that become illegal? I agree the politicians have played on the minds of the working classes and the accepted heroes tag is an effective deflection from the illegal and unjustified nature of the occupations.

Plus are you saying that the decent number of hoops fans would fit in a transit van? Tut tut.

        • bobocop says:

Andy Wilson makes a point which does chime with any logical person.
I hear Celtic fans complaining bitterly about, and slagging off, almost everything British and Scottish.
They claim hatred and bias from, The SFA, match Officials, other teams, their players management and fans, the British army and its 99.99% compliment of working class personnel, the Tories, the government, any team that beats them, the legal system, the establishment, white protestants, black protestants, any protestants, the national flag the media and on and on.
Why on Earth would anyone want to stay in a country where those conditions prevail. The Israelites chose the wilderness and fled Egypt for less.
I’ve spoken to Celtic fans who go all misty eyed with longing for the old country and extol its many virtues whilst claiming themselves to be Irish and that Celtic are an Irish team. If Britain is so bad to them, and Ireland so good, then it makes no sense to stay here. Granted that the “Celtic Tiger” economy now looks more like a crippled alley cat and may affect the thinking of the more mercenary minded amongst you, that wasn’t the case a few short years ago. Our own economy is in a bit of a state as well so why not be poor in a country where at least you are liked and not discriminated against. Surely Ireland has a welfare state and health service.
Now before I’m accused of some form of racism let me assure you that this is a serious question. If I moved to England say, and was treated the way y’all are, I would up stakes and head for home. To stay somewhere you hate, and are hated in return, seems plain stupid to me. Especially when it costs so little to return to the place from whence you came.
Sensible and non-vitriolic answers only please. Bad language and insults upset me and may drive me to a Rangers blog.

        • rfc+sfa=cheats says:

look i disagree with the poppy protest, i disagree with the wars, most people in britain are too. the majority of english people asked in all opinion polls want independence from the union, check for yourself. i am not happy when soldiers die, its terribly sad. celtic supporters must stop singing ira songs as well as the orange add ons. rangers must do more, the violent elements in a lot of this seems to stem from a hardcore section of rangers fans who at the very least condone it. i think most fans on both side love the rivalry and enjoy offending each other, this is why offensive behaviour has to stop, because it so easily turns vindicate and spiteful and potentially leads to violence.

        • bobocop says:

          Well said that man!!!

    • cesar says:

funny, accusing of deflecting and you go off on an incredible tangent? Lot of hatred coming from you.

one thing tho you moron, just cause we do not like Rangers, does not make a comment sectarian.

‘You dont want Rangers supporters to ‘move on’ and stop singing sectarian songs ‘

please stop singing the hatred! WE WANT YOU TO STOP THE HATRED. deluded fuck!

Back to the nuthouse you moron.

      Neil Lennon to the CORE

      • bobocop says:

A man’s a moron because he has views you don’t like? Refute them with logic and coherence. “STOP THE HATRED” you say. Very laudable. Deluded fuck, nuthouse, moron. Doesn’t that just spread the love.

    • Ian Ferguson says:

If you are a CHRISTIAN thank FECK for the LIONS.

  • Carntyne says:

There’s no doubt Lennon has signed some good players since last summer, nor is there any doubt we’ve had some strong runs and some terrific football from the team this season, but you can’t help feeling that there’s something missing.

Every time we’ve moved to a position of strength, that is, moved ahead of Rangers in the league, we’ve shot ourselves in the foot.

A lot of the poor results against teams we should have brushed aside easily have coincided with Neil Lennon’s tinkering with the line up.

Instead of playing the strongest side he had available, he has chopped and changed the side and although sometimes like when he played Samaras against Rangers at Ibrox it worked, but more often than not this tinkering has cost us points.

It looks like Lennon will be given another year.

If so let’s hope he plays his best team EVERY week and not go for the squad rotation policy that in my opinion has cost us dear this season.

Erm….Has anyone put in a bid for Samaras yet?

    Let’s hope so!

    • lordofthewing says:

He’s a rookie manager making mistakes under a magnifying glass. When you look at it it’s maybe no surprise that we have made the mistakes we have. I still reckon we are further up the recovery road than we should be. The missing parts will be found.

    • rfc+sfa=cheats says:

a couple of clubs were looking at samaras in january surprisingly, he needs to go in the summer, he isn’t playing well for us. i think what’s missing is 2 centre backs and a striker, if we can keep the players we have we dont need to change too much.

  • lordofthewing says:

The Myth spent around 7m this summer. That’s 2m than Whyte has promised.

I will look at Whyte soon.

  • Mike Bhoyle says:

Carntyne….how do you define your strongest team ?
Would you play the same eleven against…say…Dundee Utd. at Celtic Park and against ICT at Inverness…?? I certainly wouldn’t…and that’s where I think Lenny goes wrong…..to play up there, as he did, with two wingers and two strikers was utterly the wrong call….and he’s not helped by the support….
I , as much as anyone, want to see sweeping passing football , with goals at he end of it…but places like Inverness aren’t the place. We didn’t have to go up there all gung-ho ..we could have played it “tight” for an hour…seen where we were…and adjusted accordingly…if required.A draw , after all, wouldn’t have been the worst result in the world….and I’m not being wise after the event…I said so before it.
I subscribe to the theory of horses for courses and that means playing the team to suit the circumstances…not to suit the support.

    • lordofthewing says:

I also say you need to win the fight first before you play your game. You can’t turn up and expect to play your game. That’s where we have went wrong also and backs up yourpoint

  • Bampot says:

Re-signed Sammy, didnt give Juarez a good enough go and signed Ljungberg. Tactically dismal in some matches and generally naive with regards to decorum. I would still give him another year – but just a year. This was the year it was needed with the bombs and the bans and the blatant refs cheating and Lafferty, Diouff, Fat Sally and those two auld fella’s Smith and Weir. Everytime a significant hurdle was placed in fron to them they fell. Well see about the cup but I have a feeling we will have to be satisfied with that – wtf its only Motherwell. 1 more year for Lennon but lets see if Izzy can put it out for the hard games, likewise Hooper and Stokes. Has Broon always been there this year – think now…? the answer is no. The back line is as weak through the centre as any in the SPL – weaker than most if the goalkeeper is added. There is a great deal that this team has to prove – is there really a foundation ? I am not satisfied there is and I am eternally not satisfied with this season.

    • lordofthewing says:

Aye, Mowbray left him a great squad and foundation to build on and despite death threats and cheating we’ve onlygot to two cup finals and as I type still could win the league and if we lose it it’s only our own fault.

Aye, sack him. Get in Jose.

    • Ian Ferguson says:

Away you go YA MUPPET, the difference in a year is AMAZING both on & off the park.

LOOK at that SUPPORT, BUZZIN AGAIN.

    • lenny4myth2 says:

Finished on our highest points total in 6 seasons and bought a team for a little over the price we got for the Mcgeady sale, Kayal, Izzy and Commons would easily quadruple the money Lennon paid for them.

  • Mike Bhoyle says:

Bampot….read your good post….agreed with virtually all of it….only thing I would say is…
I have it on very good authority that Juarez is enjoying the “good life” and not impressing at training…that’s what I’m told anyway…..

  • Neil says:

why are rangers fans looking on Celtic websites??? do you need a passport to get into your world? I’ll answer that one for you…is the Pope a Kaflik!

    • lordofthewing says:

Does a bear shit in the woods? No it shits on it’s sister after sex! Heh.

      I’m here all week.

  • Kevin-Barry Causer says:

Celtic have taken huge strides along Recovery Avenue and Lenny has most of the components required to build, maintain and improve a very good Hoops team, with further additions this summer. The wreckage and debris that remained after Hurricane Mowbray hit Paradise made any new managers job very difficult yet Neil Lennon assumed the mantel and in an ocean of sheer undiluted hatred and bone-chilling animosity steered the good ship Celtic to two cup-finals and the brink of league glory, not bad for a rookie.

    • lordofthewing says:

      I like This.

    • bobocop says:

Kevin-Barry, all of the above are low-tide against the rock of Sir Walters achievements these past three years. A legend has left the Scottish game.

      • lenny4myth2 says:

walter the legned, never managed a team well outside of scotland in his life, nearly got everton relegated and got sacked, replaced by moyes who is now well established as a EPL manager.
if he was half as good as you believe he would be doing well at a top 6 EPL team.

  • Mike Bhoyle says:

K-BC…Hard to fault your logic ..well said..
