Good afternoon.

We all know what happened in Lisbon on the 25th May 1967. While today’s match up will never reach that nadir or be remembered as fondly we will never tire of saying that one star means more.

Ok, boasting out the way.

Lennon has said he will play a decent side today against an Inter side who are a few weeks behind us in terms of preparation.

The blog then.

The coveritlive window will capture ALL tweets with the tags #Celtic #Inter #Dublinsupercup and our own #tcblive. This will give those viewing an unique instant view on the fans view of the game.

There is a function for viewers to add comments to the window. All comments in this have to be moderated before they are published. This caused problems the other evening against Wolves. So, if you are a regular contributor to the blog (i.e have had a comment approved by admin) then if you use your user name when posting in the viewer then your comment will be allowed.

If you want to be involved post a comment in the normal blog and we will sort out. These requests will ONLY be dealt with up until kick off and at half time. We want to watch the game!

In future we hope to e-mail out invites and if you wish to be included e-mail: TheCelticblog@snack-media.com to be added to the list.

Game updates will be provided by St Brendans Bhoy and will appear every 5 mins or so. Further comments will be provided by the Celtic Blog team either via the window or via twitter. The team shall only be using the #tcblive tag.

This event is meant to give us on the spot reaction and opinion. Get involved.

Ok, so the English definition is directly below, as per Brian Cox, but in Arabic it can mean the zenith but it general terms it means opposite to where you are just now.

Thinking about it I should have used zenith. Oh, D- for me. :-)

Surely there will never a “nadir” when we play top teams like Inter Milan.
