Doncaster Admits Newco Will Be In SPL & SPL Only! ?

Neil Doncaster is a man who once crossed the road to avoid an angry looking crisp poke that was blowing his way. This man doesn’t do confrontation and if you click the picture below then and listen for the first 10 mins then you will understand why.

This is the School prefect allowing the big boys to have a fag in the toilets on his watch.

He says that the SPL board will have the final say about if NewORC FC will be allowed in the SPL and that there is no route for them – the NewORC FC – to compete in the SFL.

Really?

The SPL board consist of Ralph Topping, the aforementioned wispy bollocked Neil Doncaster, Eric Riley (Us), Steven Thompson (DuNT), Derek Weir (Murderwell) & Steven Brown (The Fermers). They do have THE say on who get’s transferred an SPL share.

It says so here in their rules.

The rules also state that if a club fails to fulfil it’s fixtures for any reason then it’s playing record maybe be expunged and the number of relegation places reduced accordingly.  (Page 68 of the above document).

So, Ross County meet the membership requirement as set out and get’s it share. R*ngers cease to exist hence Dunfermline don’t get relegated. That gives the stated 12 members if my maths are correct. Then NewORC FC have to apply to the SFL for the space that has opened up.

That’s my take. It maybe wrong.

Thanks to the brillant @celticresearch for the soundcloud.

  • Joe says:

There is no way they will be sent to a lower division. there is also no way they will not come back financially stronger, having avoided paying their bills, the same bills everyone else has to pay, and keep paying going forward.

    • lordofthewing says:

I agree. They won’t be in a lower division.

That isnny the point. The point is that them being back in the SPL is being stated as a given.

      That is not the case.

Ronald Doncaster disnny know his own rules.

    • Estoril says:

Joe, totally agree. Whilst we know what should happen, In reality they will come back as SPL club but not because of sectarian reasons, but I believe for financial reasons. We need to get real and understand what is driving this is money. The turkeys will not vote for Christmas so wake up and smell the coffee.

That lot from Govan will be mollycoddled and allowed to stay in SPL.It could only happen in scotland. They have cheated, bullied, defrauded, and more than liklely bribed, their way for over a century, and still they’re treated like the victim.Where’s the sportsmanship and integrity???

    • lordofthewing says:

If that is proved (it husnae YET!) then it will be interesting to see what type of carpet is rolled out to them.

I have never been able to put into words how i feel about Neil Doncaster but you have managed to do it for me perfectly, thanks.
Remember under Moonbeams it was Rankers are too good for Scotland & a European Super League was the best for their tax dodging wee club, then it was the English Premier League then after administration they were talking about starting at the bottom of the English Leagues then yesterday their fans where calling for the Scottish third division just to show all the SPL clubs we can’t survive without them.
It’s a great time for us & it’s great rubbing their noses in the huge pile of mess they are in.

    • lordofthewing says:

      Thanks.

They are a confused bunch at the moment. They are like that drunk at the dancing scouting for a last dance partner…

  • Is it time for Celtic F C to take a stand? Is it not the moment to say that in the interest of integrity and justice, we demand the end of ‘rankers’ and the requirement of a newco to apply for admittance to the SFL, right at the bottom? Their alternative should be to leave the SPL and start a league of their own. I am sure they would find great opposition, establish exciting competition and be guaranteed the biggest support in Scotland and wouldn’t have to pay for the survival of the rest. Maybe they could resurrect the Boys Guild League, after all that’s where a lot of their top players came from in the past. Seriously, I pray the board are strong and vocal on this. The Celtic support deserve recompense for the years of the jack boot and the rape of competitions in Scottish football. They must at the very least put pressure on EUEFA to lay down the law. Why is the only jelly I seem to be experiencing the wobblies I have in my stomach about all this. “I’ve got that very lonesome feeling” that I’m way out on my own!

The need to bang the drum for sporting integrity husnae happened yet. I’m sure oor PLC are quietly doing the business. I read other SPL chairmans comments wie interest. At the moment it’s aboot getting the truth oot there. Taking the pesky Dead Tree Press and the Radio Radgies to task when they try and peddle an agenda….

What an absolute waste of time and money those two BBC’ special reports were. ”Football Debate” No debate no broad range of views from independent observers. Nothing but but wall to wall garbage about the state of Scottish/Rangers football and how we all need to wake up and take advice from cheats, hacks and blinkered cretins.
Donk looks and sounds like he has been ”got-at” by the dark forces of Scotland!

    • lordofthewing says:

They won’t die. They will be back. A break in the timeline is mortal wound to them though. They will never be the same.

I remember them havin’ the exact same debate in 1994…….oh…….

I refuse to watch anything apart from Return of the Jedi that has Jabba in it anyway.

What about an Anglo Scottish Shield where the top 14 Scottish sides play the 22 clubs of the English championship. This would allow Scottish clubs to play bIg clubs more often to a high standard of play. The competition would be 36 teams in 9 groups of four. The top teams and the best 7 runners up qualify for the final 16. There are then a quarter final a semi final and a final played at Wembley or Hampden. Please contact me on this idea.

This will end in the courts.
I would not be surprised if HMRC are in court shortly to get rid of the current administrators.
All these guys are doing is racking up more debt.
Since they’ve been there they have probably charged Rangers in excess of £350K minimum.
With people debating over Craig Whytes right to be the main creditor, Ticketus and the £24M, HMRC and the £14M and the administrators are still talking about a CVA!
This is not going to happen.
Craig Whyte, if not the main creditor, still owns the club and he must be dealt with by anyone who wants to buy the business.
This is a show that is going to run and run.

The admins seemed- WELL TODAY PROVED ARE – keeping the fat bloated corpse on life support while the hospital are saying that it’s not medically and financially viable to keep it alive (I watch Holby City you know…).

The Blue Knights putting in a conditional offer>? What are the conditions? Probably that they are not liable for any tax due and don’t pay whyte one thin dime. So, that’s a no go then.

D&P are the jockey riding the horse to hell. They are so far in front only a Devon Loch can stop it.

  • Hooperswan says:

Rangers have cheated on every fan of every team they played since Murray took over in 1988,the fans payed big money to see their teams beat Rangers but were denied most times because they could not buy like Rangers and never knew of their fraud,so Rangers have stolen from all these thousands of fans, and took advantage of all their teams,by fraudulantly playing superior players paying them highly by corrupt means,so all their stolen titles cups hounours are and should be deemed null and void, since Murray took over,if not, and Rangers survive, they will now always be known as the tainted stolen honours by every fan of every club they have played,so they cant or never can win on this senario

If they are tolerated and allowed back to the table then we must get up and leave this country a.s.a.p.,and we all celtic people know that wee cowerin, timorous keevins and the incredible bulk traynor wont be running to man the barricades to demand that we stay for the good of scottish football.

Watched SSN at 6.00pm, and the reporter (Jerry McCullogh, is he a Tim? )quoted the rules and the words “May” and “Should” were picked out by Doncaster as if to give Newco a dubious way back into the SPL. Reporter then spoke to a Lawyer who said that this did not stack up and rangers would not be allowed back in after liquidation. I am trusting in the Celtic board to be following this and keeping one step ahead, i hope they are already getting advice from EUEFA and FIFA because if they win this then it will be all over for us and Scottish Football.
