The game had an end of season feel.
Motherwell were content with a draw and we were content not to lose the game after a difficult week.
It was a tale of two strikers. Pawel Brozek looked nothing like a Polish international striker who has 7 Ekstraklasa League Titles and 2 Ekstraklasa top goal scorer gongs and Tony Watt an 18 year old from Coatbridge who looked nothing like an 18 year old from Coatbridge making his first team debut.
If the lad does nothing else in the game he will always have today.

Give the young bhoys a chance. Two or three could come in against Rangers, nothing to lose. If they equip themselves well in the big games we know we have players for the future.
Paddy McCourt also played well today. he should start next week, it may be the last time he plays against Rangers.

Totally agree with you gentlemen. There is no-one has paddys eye for the slide-rule pass at the club, and we still get fed this excuse that he doesnt work at his defense duties.I say give paddy another season and play him at the expense of ki,who hasnt the skill or anything like it to get the nod in front of the derry pele.
