Before yesterday’s match up I watched with interest the ‘warm up’ drills of both teams. R*ngers were regimented. Shuttle runs, jogging from touchline to touchline and the only time they saw the ball was when they taking shots into McGregor.
Celtic looked like they were having fun. Small sided two touch games that was aimed at heightening the brain sharpness and get into the groove of passing quickly and keeping the ball. Shame they forgot it all when the game kicked off.

Sammy, you are that Envirofone advert..it has a purpose but it’s annoying. Never hide, never done anything purposeful and his attempt to knee McGregor in the head was woeful. Put the effort in maaaan 5. Hooper, you would have got better service from a striking French postman, 5.

We were awful compared to last week and awful compared with our expectations.
Hopefully Lennon gives Rogne a chance now that he seems to be healthy and Loovens has proven himself to be garbage…again. I was extremely impressed with the 30 or so minutes that Rogne put in at the piggery last season. I think that he could be our answer at CB if he could only stay healthy for more than a week at a time.
I was also surprised by the performance from Ki. He handled it extremely well and I think that he might be a real player for us in the future.
I agree that the season is far from over and that we will see better days from this squad.
Tests are ongoing to try and fond the strongest Sellotape possible to hold Rogne together. Poundlands is not good enough.

Poundlands for the meantime, well at least in january lenny could consider a hefty transfer of duct tape for Rogne from b&q.
The duct tape is getting kept for Glenda so he doesn’t make a noise when we stick him in a box and send him to Area 51, marked “Unexplained”.
