A Murdoch publication, The Sun, commented on another arm of Murdoch’s business, Sky Sports, today. It concerned Alan McInally who once played for Bayern Munich.
They quote a source as commenting: “Rambo is now THE big favourite to take over from Andy Gray. A few pundits have been trialled so far and Rambo hasn’t done himself any harm. Jamie Redknapp has been the bookies’ favourite but the smart money is now on Alan.”
If this is true then you have to wonder if McCoist didn’t put out on the casting couch when he was rumored to have been down to Sky last week for a screen test.
He maybe available to fill Walters slippers after all.
