I’m a bit late with this.
Kelvin Wilson and Adam Matthews were signed ages ago. Both were trotted out in front of the media a few weeks back to give interviews and trot out the usual soundbites to the press.
What was noticeable that the press seemed shocked that both players chose to further in the SPL, that we have been told, can no longer compete with the championship in terms of wages on offer.
These two plus Commons, Hooper and Ledley must be mirages then.
I know nothing about these players. Wilson has a lot of tattoos and Lennon was desperate to get him after a stint playing with him. That’s the bar set high for him.
Matthews, turned up looking like someone had stuck velcro felt in a comedy beard style on his face. It’s a look not seen since Craig Beattie darkened our doors. He’s Teen Wolf Two. It takes bollocks to try and pass that look off.
That bodes well.
