Why Wayne Bridge Said No.

|

It seems that he ‘Just Can’t Get Enough’. Boom Boom.

Since we all don’t read papers I thought I would bring you this tit bit that I found when looking for gossip about Celebrity Big Brother and if they were printing manuscripts to what that Paddy bloke is saying.

A source close to Wayne Bridge confirmed that he had turned down a season long loan to us. The reason? Well, surprisingly it was not the disgust at being asked to play in the SPHell but his lurve for Saturdays singer Frankie Sandford.

The source said:

“He didn’t want to be stuck in Scotland while Frankie was in London. He has no interest in being 400 miles away from the women he loves.”

It seems that multi-millionaire footballers and Girls Aloud tribute acts members haven’t heard of planes or rented accommodation.

Ok, judging by the pics below (click on to launch gallery) how would you rather spend your Saturday’s? Chasing loose Scott Brown passes or shacked up with Frankie?

    I actually laughed when I read this….
Living in the far far north of Scotland I always find it hilarious when the English or Welsh portray their geographical idea of Scotland.(Partly due to my experiences of going down south and being asked if Thurso was in Inverness, as that is as North as most have heard of with the exception if J’O’G…) Wayne currently plays for (or I suppose more accurately – is signed for) Manchester City, a direct flight away from City of and varius other london airports.
Glasow, also has the same air links as suggested in the article and is only 10-15 mins more by plance journey to reach Glasgow….
A very bizzare reason to not go on loan with the hoops…But I suppose he really must miss her if he can’t go spending a further 10 minutes airtime…
Oh well though, no point crying over spilt milk… And cudos for publishing the article by the way, nice little misulanious article thats often left out of forum sites 🙂

Why do we keep wasting our time chasing these over paid prima donas ? It’s a waste of everyone’s time and effort. We should forget about the EPL, except when we’re selling. There’s a whole big world out there were we should be able to find better players for less money- and as Steve above says actually sign them.

There aren’t many things being done right at Celtic at the moment, and this is just another example of a policy that’s seriously wrong.

Don’t forget that John Terry is in London. No wonder Bridge doesn’t want to leave his bird unattended. Once bitten…
