Scott Brown And The Deathly Hallows

Good Evening.

International week then. If your interested in the Haggis Munchers then the news that Darren ‘Fletch’ Fletcher is out will be a hammer blow and that Kenny Misser has twanged a bango string will gall.

I don’t hate my country but I do think it’s a $hithole. I’m not one of those Plastic Paddy’s. I just find it extremely difficult to rouse myself to cheer for players that I openly hate on a weekly basis. Growing to love Sister Pants Adam because he is in dark blue doesn’t appeal.

We have received news that our club captain will be out for 8 to 10 weeks with ankle gout. He was mentioned as one that was missed in the aftermath of Swinecastle.

I do reckon he was missed on Sunday. Mainly because Kayal and Ledley were also missing. If they two were fit they he wouldn’t have been missed and that’s the conundrum for the bean counters.

Broonie still hasn’t signed a contract and Kayal has all off a sudden started indulging in self centred behaviour – see tantrums on the field and his refusal to travel with the squad to Swinecastle – but is also reported to be close to a new deal.

If the questions are which one would we miss most and what one will be most likely to hang around for the long term you are getting two different answers.

Kayal’s thigh knack has not got a timescale for healing. It seems all a bit in the air. Ledley is receiving treatment and should be training next week.

The loss of Broonie will only be felt if they don’t return quickly.

How did Broonie get his injury? I blame Harry Potter.
