This sounded pretty damn fine fare.
Our manager fielded a strong side and we took this seriously. Tonight’s result and performance brings all that was wrong with the attitude on Saturday sharply into focus but, hey, we are still in four competitions and that was the main aim in this game.
The players are loveable again. The world is a fine looking place.
