Sevco has sent a moaning letter to the SFA this week about Celtic’s call for an inquiry into EBT’s.
The letter was supposed to be a complaint in relation to the SPL’s own communique to the governing body, where the club’s concern was the apparent difference between the title of the letter and what was in it. (Don’t ask; this is a club run by utter idiots.)
But they couldn’t help themselves.
Everything they do revolves around us, and how far ahead we are.
They just can’t stop it.
It leaks out all the time.
It colours everything.
And so in the letter they expressed their “anger and upset” over all this, but added that they wondered why “certain individuals” had such influence over the rest of the sport.
I mean, Jesus. These people are bonkers. They really are.
Have they missed newspaper editorials, statements from clubs and statements from the SFA itself denying our inquiry request?
What great influence is this they’re talking about?
If we had that kind of influence the inquiry would have been called already, ended, and their second club in five years would have been written out of existence for all time. Honestly, does no-one explain logic to these people?
I have spent the last day or two listening to YouTube clips of Karl Pilkington; his naivety and innocence and occasional moments of OMFG nonsense are hilarious. But he makes the people running Sevco look like Mensa members.
Listening to Gervais and Merchant trying to explain things to him, I can recall arguments I’ve had with Sevconuts that go the same way … it’s as if there’s a complete block where even common sense should get in.
The club must have known details of this letter would leak out; who the Hell wrote it, knowing that, and decided to use part of it to whine? Do they know how pitiful this makes them sound? How small? How ridiculous?
