Great News Tonight From Paradise As Scott Bain Commits For Ten In A Row.

Scottish-Premiership-Rangers-vs-Celtic

Excellent news out of the House of Cards tonight, as Scott Bain has signed a four year contract with the club, bringing to an end all of the nonsense about him being headed for England and not wanting to content himself with fighting it out with Scotland’s number one for the chance to lead Celtic into next year’s Champions League campaign.

Bain has been very impressive since he made his debut in the 3-2 win at Ibrox. He has looked calm and steady, and has added something to our game and to his. He had spoken at length about how happy he was at Celtic Park, but most of us probably believed it would be the summer before he committed his future to the club.

But Celtic moved fast, and although there really wasn’t much doubt that this was going to come off it is good to see that we’ve wrapped it up as soon as this.

The four year deal will keep him here to at least the ten in a row campaign; by then I expect him to have made the number one shirt his own.

This is a very positive signing and I am delighted it’s done.

Welcome, Scott, to the show that never ends. You were already part of the Family, this just makes it official. Onward and upwards to even greater success.
