You gotta love the Boss and the way he understands that psychology plays a big role in how football seasons unfold.

Last season, what was needed was the sure, steady hand and the constant reminders to our fans and his team that a bad start did not automatically mean that the campaign would be a disaster. He was, of course, right.

This man is sure of himself and of this team.

He knows what it is capable of and he expects to see it every single week.
