Celtic Announces The First Signing Of The January Transfer Window.

Celtic has just now announced that it has completed a five year deal for Vissel Kobe central defender Yuki Kobayashi, subject to international clearance. It comes less than 24 hours after Ange re-iterated his intention to make our transfer window signings as soon as possible.

By the time 1 January comes around, this guy will already have completed the paperwork and he will be with the team. What a contrast this is from times past when we had to wait until the window was drawing to a close before the manager got what he wanted.

Here, at Celtic now, deals are done before the window even opens so that the moment they do we have the players in place. What a transformation at this club.

The player has already spoken to the club social media channels and this is what he had to say; “I am so excited to be joining Celtic and I am really looking forward to this wonderful opportunity.
