So we’re back at the top of the table, and for whatever short a time that might last it is significant because the way the media talks at times you would think that this title race was over already and that there was nothing left to play for but our pride. Anything other than a win for the Ibrox club tomorrow at Dundee and we will be top tomorrow night. They may well get their result. But we’re in this all the way.

Tonight we can relax. We’ve done our bit, and we’ll go into the international fortnight in as good a position as we can be.

The football today was better, the goals were good, we had the ball in the net several times although VAR was on hand to make life as difficult as it could. We had one off the post. We had another off the crossbar. It has been a good day overall. Nobody got injured either, which is a big deal these days.

Kyoyo looked as sharp as we’ve seen him for a while. He took his goal well. Kuhn was excellent; he’s hit his stride at exactly the right time. A good performance against Livingston and we can take him to Ibrox confidently.

The key thing there is who else is going to be available. They fear Kyogo. It is critical he plays. Carter Vickers and McGregor would be tremendous. Hatate, if he’s fit enough to play 30 minutes, would be the icing on the cake.

There are seven games left. We’re in this place now where people talk as if it’s not in our hands but of course, it is. Seven wins and a draw. That’s what stands in our way. We’ve gone on better runs than that this season so far, and the team standing in our way is one we’ve already beaten twice,

For all the hysteria that’s surrounded us, we’re still alive and kicking. With players coming onto form we’re now looking at those who are out injured because that’s the key here. Going to Ibrox without them and we might need to think about that draw. Go with our full strength side and we can be back on the summit leaving there … and then this would be ours to lose.
