  1. Could you imagine this mob trying to run a big city like N.Y. Paris, Tokyo, etc, etc.
They couldn’t run a stall at the Barras.Scary.
Has anyone ever explained to them how much money the supporters pour into the Glasgow economy over the course of a season?. Pubs , hotels, shops, etc.I think they’re probably too dumb to understand.

  2. I’ve emailed my MSP and told him the GCC statement is hypocritical, and that any trouble should happen with the OO I will be laying the blame squarely at the GCC I also said that the wider Celtic fan base will too because they could’ve done a fan zone and made money for the council had the Indeed showed a willingness to set it up and that is on them. The fecking cheek of GCC

  3. Please don’t create a significant impact on the public purse as we need that money for essential services ha ha ha ha. Never heard any pleas when the EBTs were taking £170m away from NHS and other national resources

  4. The reason for all of this is so that the Council and the police can blame Celtic fans for anything that happens. No blame will be attached to the 17th century knu kledraggers as this is is them celebrating their ” kultyir “. More of them will turn out than usual to specifically create trouble. If they claim to be celebrating V.E day I presume they won’t sing about being up to their knees in our blood.

  5. Found it even more incredible, they were askin our support to give up their celebrations, when they allow the OO and its numbskull followers, tae March practically whenever they want. This spiteful arrogance of that lot, tae march on our trophy day is deliberate. Nae doubt about that. They’re now tryin tae hijack VE day, for their own benefit and twisted idealisms. What a disgustin way tae try and grab some sort of moral high ground. Nothin more than a crude, spiteful, bigoted publicity stunt. They’ve done it with the poppy circus and now this. Celtic support get out there and enjoy you’re day and don’t let any marchin, backward neanderthal stop ye.

  6. All Bhoys and girls celebrate Brendan the players our club the whole world wide Celtic family HAIL! HAIL!???

  7. no Ancellotti it seems, wee Bam may still be in contention, he’ll be beating on the chest and sticking the head in mirrors on that knowledge..

  8. Totally agree James but I bet u a pound to a punch if shit , the biggest gang, Police service Scotland will treat us with contempt and a damn sight more robustly than they will those orangemen in their clown suits.

It really seems to me that PSS and GCC have coluded to make our supporters and the orange order come together on the streets of Glasgow, hoping that their will be disorder of a magnitude we have not seen before , apart from when the huns celebrated during lockdown , fighting amongst themselves, with the coppers standing watching them urinate and deficate in the back alleys spray painting statues.

It was an absolute disgrace that day.

Our own will not fight amongst themselves and I hope they don’t leave any human waste , use the pubs toilets not the streets .

There will be huns hanging around to cause trouble , the cynic in me thinks they will be getting paid by someone or organisation to cause mayhem on the streets. Ohhh hell, that will be the police then !!!!!!

Though, no doubt they would do it for nowt .

I won’t be there on the day bhoys and girls, if you do go enjoy the day and watch out for those sneaky hun bastards pretending to be celtic supporters just to cause trouble

  9. I worry that there’s a plan to carry out heavy handed police tactics on our supporters, and blame the Celtic fans with accusations of hooliganism and and vandalism.
Glasgow City Council have shown a dereliction of duty by not putting plans in place to accommodate the celebrations.
In 2021 during the covid restrictions The Rangers[2012] fans were allowed to march en masse from Ibrox to George Square, with a police escort. Right there and then a precedent was set, and yet the GCC have never come to terms with this.
Celtic fans have gathered around the Merchant City area before and after every home game over the years, spending lots of cash in that time, surely the Council could put plans in place for a day such as Saturday, that everyone has known was coming for around 4 months.

  10. Yep – Do NOT listen to Glasgow City Fuckin Council and Do NOT listen to Chief Superintendent Sutherland either as the day he let 30,000 Sevco fans march from Liebrox to George Square he completely lost any whatsoever authority that he possessed…

He might be a nice fella, but that day as a cop he was about as much use as a pile of travel sickness in a spacesuit so all his authority is gone and if Sevco are gonna riot then we are gonna party for sure…

So while I say don’t listen to Glasgow City Council Or Chief Superintendent Sutherland either DO listen to CLACHNACUDDIN AND THE HOOPS…

GO to Trongate and Merchant City and PARTY, PARTY, PARTY, PARTY, PARTY ! – Sing till you’re Hearts content, drink till you’re heart’s content, celebrate Celtic till you’re heart’s content, but please don’t give the bastards the chance to condem you as they inevitably need like their daily drug dose…

If you need to pish – Nip to a pub to pish…

If you need to spew – Spew down a gully pot drain if you can or into a bag and not in the street…

This way they canny run screaming to The Scummy’s about us…

But Pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze – PARTY, PARTY, FUCKIN WELL PARTY !

    I know we will !!!!

  11. It was on bbc Scotland news last night too, saying the council, the police and the club don’t support the gathering because of previous antisocial behaviour. The bias is incredible, no mention of the march being deliberately planned in the same area to cause a scene.

  12. I can see some areas been marked as exclusion zones for Celtic fans even if the Orange bands have passed. Why? Just cos they can.
