  1. Nicholson is a total bullshitter. The huns can get the players they want. The reason we struggle in the transfer market is because we are so slow and insult every fucking club we try to do business with by offering derisory bids for players
The board all need to fuck off..

  2. So apparently there is a protest planned for the game against Middlesbrough coming up,this after the club announced that all season tickets had been sold.
I have been calling for boycotts for everything and anything regarding the club for the couple of years and got laughed off this blog and videocelts.
The thing is a wee bit of constructive criticism aimed at our club on here and videocelts and people spit the dummy out before moving on to throwing the toys out the pram, now the boycotts are all of a sudden a good thing, but previously when it was asked for by myself I was accused of being a sevco fan in disguise.

  3. Article sums up everything really. I’ve had a season ticket for 20 years now and I can honestly say I’ve never been less enthusiastic about a new season. The ‘answers’ Nichsolson and ONeill gave at that AGM just confirmed what we all know. Celtic has no ambition, it is run purely as a business, not a football club. The fans are cash cows, everything is someone else’s fault and we should be happy enough to compete in the horrendous standard of an SPFL. Everyone knows we have no ambition, but to hear it publicly is probably the most disheartening thing I’ve ever heard from the club. The fact he also said a head of recruitment “isn’t a priority” is also incredible. Maybe agents would be easier to deal with if we didn’t piss them off every window and weren’t the laughing stock of Europe during transfer windows. I used to hold it against a player who wanted to leave Celtic, how could they possibly want to leave this amazing club? Well now I wonder who the hell would want to be part of this shambles! Daizen, Engels and Hatate will be sold. Possibly Nygren, Johnston and Trusty too and I will hold no grudges against any of them at all. We act like a club who has 80m debt, not 80m in the bank! I can’t understand O’Neill’s attitude towards this mess either. “Nicholson is working very hard behind the scenes”… either he is completely oblivious to how we feel or he is a lot more naive than I thought he was. Stop trying to bail him out! We are in for a very brutal few years, that much is certain. I can’t remember celtic fans having as little hope or expectations as we do now and frankly if we finish second (or worse) this coming season then it’s no more than we deserve when other clubs are actually showing some urgency and effort. Sorry for the rant, it’s just all very scunnering.

    1. It’s heartbreaking how little of a shite the board give about the club, the team and the fams

    2. JS watch what you post as the guy on videocelts went crying to the Internet police(lol)all because I had a pop at the board and club.
The place is full of snowflakes and they have the cheek to flag sevco fans for being gullible.

      1. If the Internet police come calling I’ll ask if any of them can play in midfield

    3. I couldn’t agree more. Not only do we not want to do business we don’t have the ability to do business. We are signing nobody! Three significant players will leave. If they wont/cant sign Saracchi then I just give up. The club is being run on a shoestring and we will all be ground down further by this, as if we are not winning you know who will be. Disgusting!

    4. Couldn’t agree more.
Not looking forward to the season ahead as I think we are going backwards in everything we do.

  4. If they don’t believe we can attract good players then they should step aside for people with a bit more belief and a lot more ambition. That was managing expectations, now we can look forward to free transfers and cheap youngsters that don’t know not to come to Glasgow. As for that strategy? Pffft. What is the plan for cash mountain?
