  1. Frankly James I don’t think we are in any position to make any comments about any other team.
This season will go down in infamy. Why are we being fileted from within?

  2. Hearts, the huns wee cousins, have always been bitter adversaries of Celtic and I have no time for any of that mob. Just like the huns, I want them to get beat every time they take to the field. Last night’s result was music to my ears, and may their pain and anguish continue forever.

  3. “Hearts can go to hell as far as I am concerned…
Hearts have now chosen the company they keep.”

Couldn’t agree more. There’s a very good reason they are known as ‘The Diets’.

    1. BTW, i see Wilson has responded to the SFA “findings”. The only thing he said that was worthwhile was the following:

“…the actions by a section of the home support, some of them masked and carrying weapons, and subsequent attacks on our supporters and staff, were deeply concerning and we remain puzzled as to why the actions recommended by the Safety Advisory Group of Glasgow City Council were overturned at a senior level within Police Scotland.”

The club should be investigating who it was that overturned the recommendations. Then they should be demanding, via a formal complaint, the sacking of him/her. The public have a right to know who made that decision, and why? The Celtic players, staff and supporters who were put in serious danger deserve to be told who was complicit in the failings on that day. But i’ve absolutely zero confidence in the Celtic board having our backs in this.

  4. Hearts and their supporters have always been virulently anti Celtic, anti Irish and anti catholic. There is a huge extreme right wing element amongst their support. My only gripe with this article is that only recent events have caused you to hope they’ll lose Euro games.Horrible hunz the lot of them.In many ways worse than their Ibrox brethren in that they pretend they’re not the bigots they are.Always, always hope they lose any game they play.

  5. Oft quoted (misquoted?) ‘one swallow does not a summer make’.

I tried to find bookies odds (online) for the older hun club to get relegated this season, with no success. I reckon they would be decent odds.

Is it unrealistic to expect that last season’s overachievers might implode?

Not everything is possible in football…but anything is.

  6. Hopefully we can get through our own qualifier but thats for another day.

As for Hertz, they chose to attack the fans and the club last season in a nasty, virulent way, so fuck them.

Listening to Michael Stewart last night whining about how Hertz were “traumatised by VAR decisions” in reference to last season was a delight. People need to remember that they all crawled out from under their stones and vilified us with lies and false allegations solely because we won the league. Fuck them all.

  7. While I agree with the sentiment that Hearts are arseholes, apart from the tribute act I generally want the Scottish teams to do well. Not just for coefficient points but mainly because it’s a reflection on us and the league. Every season the other teams are terrible. Celtic and the tribute act have plenty of their own embarrassments but they also have some decent results, I hate lumping the huns in with us but the other clubs are annually piss poor. I think Hearts will end up decent this season but they’ve ruined the chance to build any reputation as anything other than shite.
